Anxiety

Persistent worry that feels difficult to switch off. Together we can quieten the noise and rebuild a sense of calm.

What it is

Anxiety is the body's natural alarm system working overtime. It can show up as racing thoughts, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, muscle tension and a constant sense that something is about to go wrong — even when life looks fine from the outside.

How CBT helps

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps you understand the link between anxious thoughts, physical sensations and behaviours. By gently examining and testing unhelpful thinking patterns, CBT reduces the power anxiety holds over your daily life. It is one of the most researched and effective treatments for anxiety.

What therapy looks like

In our sessions we will map out your personal anxiety cycle, learn practical tools for managing worry, and gradually build confidence in situations you may currently avoid. Sessions are collaborative, structured and paced to feel safe.

When to seek help

If worry is interfering with your sleep, work, relationships or enjoyment of life — or if you find yourself avoiding things you used to do — it is a good time to reach out. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from support.

Not sure whether this fits what you're experiencing? That's completely normal — many difficulties overlap. Get in touch for a no-obligation chat.
